FAQs Reflective Contracting Frequently Asked Questions

How experienced is your team?
Collectively, we all have 77 years in the trades.
Have you completed projects similar to mine?
Yes. We handle a wide range of commercial projects across Wisconsin, including office build-outs, multi-unit renovations, retail spaces, industrial remodels and more. From large-scale renovations to smaller interior upgrades, our team brings hands-on experience across many property types and project scopes.
Do you have project managers and reliable subcontractors?
We have dedicated project managers for each project we do, overseeing each project and communicating with clients. When subs are needed, we have vetted them and have been working with all our subs for over ten years.
What is your primary service area?
We serve commercial clients primarily throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, Germantown, Pewaukee, West Allis, Wauwatosa, Franklin, Kenosha, and a few surrounding communities across the state.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured and carry all licenses needed for permitting.
How do you handle communication during the project?
Our project managers do daily check-ins with the client and also use a construction app that you can log in to at any time to see daily updates.
How do you manage unexpected costs or change orders?
Nobody likes unexpected costs or change orders, but they happen. We are always transparent when this happens, and unlike many other contractors, we pass these costs through at cost, not with a large markup.
